as this is an over 18 site and as we have lost a moderator - wouldnt it be easier to say she seems to have fucked off

the job is this

everytime someone joins as a member there first 3 posts are moderated. All that needs doing is the posts being checked to make sure there not spam and then being approved.

other then that its just to make sure that no one goes to far with comments or verbally attacks another member.

other then that a small knowledge of the mods on here/software would be good

not a bad job being a mod on here, not the most hardest policing ever, bad when you have to censor yourself though

OK so what are the main differences between IPBOARD and VBulletin? coz from here i cant see to many other than the layouts and the skins options, im gonna guess the admin panel and mod panel is different but at the en of the day, a forum is a forum, they all run similar s/w, the general principles are the same, prob just the option menus that are different right?

I have had to censor meself on forums a lot stricter than this one lol, believe me, i wont go into details, but i stand me own and dont give a fucking inch when im right. But if im wrong.........i'll admit im wrong. TBH i think the money side of moderating is keeping posts in the right place, its keeps the forum looking that bit neater and tidier, even if i cant spell lol

as for differences I don't think there are many.....I have never been very active on any other boards and have not moderated on any boards....so can't really say.

But ya got the job....so I'll upgrade ya to mod in a min. then ya can see the differences and give them a try.....its not a hard job on here.....it just saves me from checking everything

Our latest Moderator is my other half Gabbie, pls be gentle with her as she's like yaselfs trying to learn the software
