On each post that someone else has made you will see a little box somewhere with a green + and a red -

this is so everyone can give reputation points out to the person that posted in that post...... you don't have to give reputation points if you don't want to!

If you feel its a good constructive post give a + reputation if you feel its a bad post give - reputation

if you start to use the system you will notice in the profiles it tells you your/theirs reputation scores !
