Not something you'd recommend then
Actually come to think of it I did try it many years ago, and thought it was horrible then, but I thought it might have just been the way I cooked it, it always looked so nice on Ready Steady Cook

next milestone is a long way off lol i got quite a few stone to go yet
but my aim is that this new yr i will be going out in a little black dress after loosing half my body weight !

lost another 3lb yipeeeeeeeeee
iam now starting to notice a difference ! my fav denim skirt is getting very loose ! cant wait to reach target now and get some nice new clothes

Well since I've split up from Lou I have managed to lose just under a stone.
Think I must be doing something wrong as I'm not dieting!!!!!
So it looks like I'll be back to my normal size for when we all meet up later in the year!!!

Here's a quick & easy recipe for anybody thats got young children & wanna give them something to do.
You probably all know how to do these anyway by now i would imagine but here gos anyway!!!
Fairy Cakes
Ingredients:- 100g/4oz Self Raising Flour
100g/4oz Soft Margarine
100g/4oz Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Icing Sugar
Preparation Time:- 30 mins
Cooking Time:- 15-20 mins
Serves:- 8 cakes
Cooking Instructions:-
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl & mix for about 2-3 minutes until well mixed.
2. Put the cake cases on a baking tray.
3. Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into each of the cake cases .
4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180*C/350*F.
5. Remove the cakes from the oven & allow to cool.
6. Mix some icing sugarwith a little water to make a thick paste.
7. Decorate the cakes with the icing sugar and place any sweets or decoration on top.

BEFORE TUCKING IN

Shepherds Pie
Shepherds Pie Sauce
450g (1lb) Lean Mince
1 Large Onion, diced
2 Carrots, sliced
175g (6oz) Frozen Peas (optional - or a tin of Garden Peas)
300 ml (1/2 pt) Cold Water
700g (1 1/2 lb) Cooked Washed Potato
Serves 4 - 5
Cooking Time: 30 mins
How To Cook:
1. Preheat Oven to 200*C (400*F) Gas 6. For Fan Assisted ovens reduce temperature
by 10*c - 20*c.
2. Fry the Mince & Onion in a Large frying pan until well browned. Drain off any excess fat.
3. Mix contents of sachet with the water, stir into mince with sliced onion, carrots & peas.
4. Bring to the boil, stirring, then transfer to an ovenproof dish.
5. Spoon the Mashed Potato over the mince and bake in the oven for 30 minutesor until potatoturns golden brown.
6. Ensure piping hot and serve with seasonal vegetables.

if u want to make shepherds pie more exciting grate cheese and mix into the mashed potato and layer cheese on top for a nice cheesy twist.
