they lost a recorded delivery I made, Was supposed to be signed for but it never was. they told me that signed for letters doesn't mean they actually get a signature, just means they try to

not always, I`ve watched our lazy postman sign them himself, the good one likes to make me sign for my mail lol

mine was recorded delivery but they delivered it at 6::45 am and didn't get anyone to sign and because it was only paper wouldn't pay out on the fact the ESA almost stopped my money as it was my sick note they lost

So in reality paying for recorded does not guarantee delivery, bring back the pigeon post.
