How to start a new topic

Posted by NiftyWolfie on Oct 31 2009 04:19 PM
Right thought I would introduce you all to some of the useful buttons in the forum area to hopefully help you to increase the amount of topics/posts you all make!

Right I'm assuming you can all find you way into the different areas of the forum!

In each forum area to make a new topic you just need to find the start new topic button

Now clicking on this will open up a post page that is easy to follow on how to start an topic

Now in each topic and post you can add images/links and media (videos)

The following three pictures show the correct button to use for each of the options!

Now there is also a quote button and a code button

The quote button allows you to copy in information from another post/website and have it show up in a different coloured box showing that its a quote

Quote

This is how a quote box would look

Again the code box does a similar sort of function except it is designed for raw code to be show inside it as anything wrapped in code boxes does next get used as code
This is a code box
