Oh dear .... although he should probably be thankful we dont have moose in the middle of mating season ..... have heard rumours about them mooses

Okay so its not particularly a game thing but i cant help but feel that in some ways mmo gamers and even gamers in general get a hard time in the reputation and public opinion stakes ..... from young until dinosaur , and i cant help but feel that's unfair a little We get type cast as wasters , lazy keyboard warriors , social miscreants and many other things , and although in most of these type casts it is true for me , a lot of the gaming community is different , i remember when younger being told to get my head out of games , will never do anything , stop living in the clouds .... well frankly i find in a lot of situations being in that "cloud" whether it be the escapism of the old pen and paper rpg's to the newer digital age of eve online and wow it cannot be denied that millions of people worldwide like to escape a little from drudgery of everyday life into games , whether for social reasons , gaming reasons , or just to be a bad tempered goon with a love of breaking other peoples stuff because you want to blow off some steam.... In many cases people are professionals , and at the top ed of almost every game are some very dedicated , high acheiving people normally about as far as you can get from the type casts normally associated .... So i got to thinking where else is the typecast broke , could you influence the real world from the make believe of the digital , not talking the simple interactions between two players and friends ... but to communities and crisises (crisies crisisistical happenings i dont know lol something like that) , after all the gaming community itself is worldwide , people from different cultures, countries and ethnicities that would ever meet or get to know one another do regularly , we share life stories and problems with people we have never met , talk about politics , Issues local to us and abroad , often discovering things we thought were true are in fact not and vice versa . The scope if you can get over that one little stigma of being in make believe land could be phenomenal or a word slightly different probably spelled better ... Gamers after all are a global community and at least on-line free of some of the problems the physical world brings , may not be possible to change the world lol but am pretty sure is a scope for at least trying to make bits of it better or more comfortable on a global basis , unlocalised , maybe through education and interactive experiences , for example team building , accounting (for some games) , hands on business experience , tactical and out of the box thinking , as well as the sharing of ideas and skills is so much scope for it and yet it feels sometimes that people don't realise this or set it as one of them dreamers ideals that could never happen .... But i spend half my life dreaming and i cant help but ask what if ? Anyway thought would share with you all my rambling of thoughts on the subject look forward to any input AKA

Cannock Chase And The Spooky Demonic Ghost Dog
AKA replied to NiftyWolfie's question in Unexplained Basement
Is not so much they are banshee's but like them the moddey dhoo's howl was supposed to herald death or kill , according to tale the soldier encountered it in one of the many passages on night watch after many had seen it , he was recovered by his fellow guards after hearing a scream in a state of paralysis shock , a week passed without him saying a word , or getting out of sick bed , and then during the night watch a howl was heard followed by a scream , the guardsmen rushed to the soldiers sickbed where they encountered him dead , with a look of terror on his face and mouth opened in his final scream, since then seeing the moddey dhoo in passing was a portent of the death of someone close to you , hearing its howl is supposed to be the moment of their death , have not heard any tales about another face to face close encounter -
Cannock Chase And The Spooky Demonic Ghost Dog
AKA replied to NiftyWolfie's question in Unexplained Basement
http://en.wikipedia....iki/Moddey_Dhoo the moddey dhoo "the black dog" as a harbinger of death is a common manx folklore story ... many hundreds of years old ... is believed to be a resident of peel castle .... not sure whether is relevant to the cannock chase werewolf case but in manx folklore its howl is something akin to a banshees wail ... seem to remember there being many tales on them across the british isles from my teenage investigations -
easily believable ..... ufo sightings are common even just in small groups of people , can think of at least 5 or 6 things i have seen in the past year that piqued my interest and my desire to one day get a decent camera just to see some of the skeptical looks i get wiped .... unfortunately also a million things they can logically be explained as later .... but a UFO is a UFO until someone can explain what it is with definate proof i suppose . Most common recently was a glowing orange ball in august at about 1am , rational part of my brain went through the likely culprits .... weather balloon .... moving way to fast .... plane ... probably too fast and wayyy too erratic ... reflection of moon or sun in swamp gas .... didnt have a curry that day .... All i got is it moved erratically across sky changing direction often and without any noticable drop in speed before or after the change ... and at estimate double the speed you see your average night time plane flying at .... and have never ever seen anything like it in sky before

Oxford University Scientists Hunt For The Yeti
AKA replied to NiftyWolfie's question in Unexplained Basement
I believe an american guy josh gates recently ( according to sci fi channel at least so anything between say 1-3 years ) was doing a cult program investigation into yeti and his team came across a footprint which revived the Bigfoot and Yeti searches for a bit , could be related as is one of the only times he seems to have come up with much that has not been easily dismissed by scientific community within hours so they do love to repeat that one a lot http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josh_Gates http://www.syfy.com/destinationtruth/episodes/season/2/episode/201/the_yeti im naturally sceptical about almost anything done for tv though especially cult tv so find it hard to make my mind up either way , have always loved the idea of the yet and bigfoot though although part of me thinks its maybe a rather large hairy hungarian missionary who got lost once and lives in a cave .. or maybe just a less tropical version of the silverback .... really i just want it to be harry from harry and the hendersons though -
'fang-Toothed Big Cat' Remains Found In Cullen, Scotland
AKA replied to NiftyWolfie's question in Unexplained Basement
Damn lol would seem my attempts to secretly breed sabre toothed Ligers have been discovered :/ erm i mean ..... I must confess am slightly dubious the mouth looks more dog than cat and i believe the standard person would make an assumption on feline or canine by how the tracks toes appear , unfortunately this is also an area in both families where mutation can be common , and as stated above if "the cat" had killed seagulls surely their would be a similar amount of decomposition , if i was forced to make a judgement call on the mauled birds would say a dogs (or cats) decomposing corpse would attract many omnivores , including seagulls , rooks , crows foxs , badgers and other opportunistic hunters .... on that note is a badger closer to the cat or dog ? and could you make an assessment on the state of the animals paws when decomposed in that state to determine either .... there seems to be no expert opinion given it is actually of feline persuasion just a few peoples opinions nor a follow up on what was discovered from DNA testing . However British big cat lovers , I am certain we do have many big cats living wild in Britain after all there a wild born wallabies in the isle of man after escaping during one of our rare uk hurricanes and slowly they thrive and are discovered , natural cat stealth and roaming nature though could keep us guessing for a long long time -
did you clean the fly spots off the computer recently ? while my net was off last time i had an opportunity to conduct an kinda scientific experiment and the winged fiends tend to group and rest wherever they can find with a few of those spots over somewhere without them

Wouldnt say is just junior doctors but medical profession in general , it offends me sometimes when they try and tell me whats going on with my body or mind cause they know better than i do ..... i mean i live with the bloody thing ... will swap if they want anyways lol rant over and back on point , i think it has to do with a lil ambition and a refusal to believe you can know much medically without the expensive education , is hard to justify the supposed years of it if you can gain a knowledge through researching on your own , however apart from this i have no basis for the opinion just why i assume people have his general problem with doctors
